What GSP+ means
GSP+ is a trade preference scheme of the European Union that gives eligible countries, including Pakistan, reduced or zero duty on many products. Eligibility and the product list are set by the EU and can change, so check the current position.
What REX is
REX is the registered exporter system. To claim the preference, an exporter registers and then gives a statement on origin on the invoice. The rules on origin and wording must be followed exactly.
What you need
- Proof that the goods meet the origin rules
- Registration as an exporter in the system
- Invoices with the correct origin statement
- Standard export documents and the bill of lading
Our role
We handle the shipment and export clearance, and we remind you to check the origin paperwork with your buyer. Origin certification itself is the exporter’s responsibility.
